The New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) has finalized the 2027 rate adjustments for the following products:
- Small Group Medical
- Individual
- Large Group HMO
- Medicare Supplement
Annual Rate Notices (ARNs) reflecting the approved rates for these products will be mailed to enrolled groups and individuals by the end of October.
ARNs for Medicare Advantage, Simply Prescription, Small Group Standalone Vision, Individual Standalone Dental, and Small Group Dental products will be mailed by the end of November.
