Excellus BlueCross BlueShield partners with MDLIVE for its telemedicine services.
We are aware that Evernorth has entered into an agreement to acquire MDLIVE and is expected to complete the acquisition in second quarter 2021.
At this time, Excellus BCBS plans to continue its partnership with MDLIVE and has been advised by MDLIVE that the acquisition will be seamless and transparent to our members.
