We continue to work to give our members the best user experience possible when it comes to our digital tools. Our Find A Doctor tool recently received the following enhancements to take advantage of in-app features such as:
- Location services
- Mapping capabilities
- Improved look with easier navigation
- All functions can now be completed within the app—no more web-based view
Find A Doctor feature is available to all members using the Excellus BCBS app.
