Annual Rate Notices Being Mailed

Groups will receive their Annual Rate Notices (ARNs) at the end of October.

This includes the following products:

• Small Group
• Individual
• Large Group HMO
• Medicare Supplement

Medicare Advantage, Simply Prescription, Dental prospective pooled and dental/vision standalone group notices and rates will be mailed to the groups later in the year.
