ACTION REQUIRED: How To Prepare For Multi-factor Authentication

As previously communicated, multi-factor authentication (MFA) will soon be required to access your Excellus BlueCross BlueShield employer web account. This added layer of security helps protect your data and ensures safe access.

MFA is scheduled to launch for brokers and employers in October 2025. To stay informed on key dates and information, please refer to the banner notifications on the employer website.

What you can do to prepare for this change:

  1. Log into your employer web account and go to account settings
  2. Please verify that your email address and security question are correct and up to date.
    • If your information is not up to date, you will not be able to access your web account once MFA is enabled.
