Many members are not aware of the programs, resources, and tools available to them through Excellus BlueCross BlueShield. We want to help close that gap. Below are two resources that describe many of the programs and benefits available to members through their health plan. Please note there are three versions of both resources, based on funding arrangement: small group, fully insured large group, and self-funded. If you are not sure about your organization's funding arrangement, please consult with your Broker or Account Manager.
2026 Member Wellbeing Guides: Share these guides with your employees to highlight the wellbeing benefits and resources included in their plan. Hard copies are available upon request through your Account Manager. In addition to these guides, there are many resources on this webpage to support your organization's wellbeing program.
