As of September 1, 2020, Kroger, Albertson’s and Publix pharmacies are no longer part of the Excellus BlueCross BlueShield network.* Express Scripts (ESI), our pharmacy benefit manager, is working hard to help reduce overall costs for members by removing higher-cost pharmacies from the network. This was not an easy decision to make, but in the end, our goal is to provide the most cost-effective options possible for our members.
