Excellus BCBS members can now earn ExerciseRewards for at-home workouts through the end of 2021. We are waiving our standard guidelines for this program due to continued gym closures, mask mandates, and other requirements, as a result of the ongoing pandemic.
Members are still required to submit the “Visit Submission Form”, but we are waiving the need to include the signature of a facility center staff person. A link to the form is below or members can call 1.888.797.7925.
