Premium Payment Reminder

Reminder, per contract, there is a 30-day grace period to make their premium payment. If payment is not received within the 30-day grace period, we will initiate the termination process.

As a reminder, the first premium payment must be made prior to the effective date of coverage. All subsequent premium payments must be paid on or before the due date or within the 30-day grace period.
