Effective Jan 1, 2022, a 12-month premium subscription to the Calm app is now an embedded benefit in all Fully Insured Large Group plans and available to Self-Funded and Minimum Premium Groups as a buy-up. Blue Simplicity Approved for Large Group
The New York State Department of Financial Services has approved Blue Simplicity for Fully Insured Groups with effective dates 1/1/22 and later. Blue Simplicity plans offer employers an innovative, budget-friendly copay option while giving employees and easy-to-understand plan with predictable health care costs.
