We are always looking for ways to improve our online tools and resources to give our brokers, groups, and members a better user experience. In the coming weeks and months, you will see updates to our online enrollment and support tools.
One update you will see soon, is an updated Enrollment Inquiry & Support tool, located within the Get Help section of our website. This support tool will be updated the weekend of May 20 - 22.
The form will now include “Case For” and “Product” fields. The addition of these fields will allow enrollment case submissions for Medicare group market and individual market off exchange members. The dashboard that users use to view “My Cases” will also be updated with a new column for “Subscriber Name.”
Additional enhancements you can expect to see in the coming months include:
- Updated member roster with more sorting and filtering capabilities
- Updated registration forms to sign up for online enrollment and billing
- Refreshed user experience to make processes clearer and easier to use
